We’ve all become increasingly anxious and concerned about the destructive insanity at work in our world…
We’ve been asking ourselves, “What can I do?”
An answer to this question is coming, as a profound gift direct from the heart of Creation – on Thursday morning, September 22, at 7:21 AM PDT – the moment of the 2016 Fall Equinox. Figure it out for your time zone.
Let’s take a deep breath and let’s relax! This gift is coming to us in the same way that the early morning sky lights up well before dawn – showing us that there is a way to live with love, and without fear.
Really, all you need to do is simply become present, with an open heart, at this moment of harmony.
You don’t need any more information than that!
Okay – maybe just a little more information:
Here’s what’s happening: we’re shifting from the centrifugal force field of our world’s three-ring circus of distraction, damage, and despair, to an inner connection with a deep flow of love and sparkling intelligence – that is now being offered to us, flowing directly from Source.
And you’ve got this!
Even so, here are a few words of encouragement.
In the old wisdom traditions, what we call balance, and see as something precarious and very easily upset, was understood to be harmony.
Being in balance is really being in harmony with the flow of life.
But for us to hear life’s harmony takes listening with a level of sensitivity that requires dedication and practice.
For example, a meditation practice based on following your breath – listening to the in-breath bringing inspiration, and hearing the out-breath giving expression.
So – here’s the secret, hidden in plain sight:
Our focus on external events, and on what we can and can’t do about the continuing not-so-slow-motion train wreck of progressive life extinction on our planet, is a continual out-breath – an ongoing expression of our concern, distress, alarm, and outrage,
Knowing this brings a new light to what this coming Equinox makes possible. It is a moment of global harmony between our in and out breaths – between our wanting to do something, and our receptivity to inspiration – our response to the illumination of creative solutions not seen when our hard focus is on the problems we face.
At the moment of the Equinox, as you inhale pure inspiration, an energetic opening of deep harmony will occur – an opening you can pass through – passing directly into Presence – into the sparkling intelligence that is Creation evolving in Awareness.
It won’t spoil the surprise if I tell you that we’re being offered the opportunity to co-create “reality” from our hearts – including everything we’ve learned and everything we’ve yearned for – peace, sharing, well-being for all, abundance – life in a sane, compassionate, and collaborative world.
It will help if you find a place of wild beauty to experience this inflow of inspiration – at least be outside under the open sky. And it’s good to gather with your family and friends – with your community. Share this moment.
Because after all, we’re all in this together, celebrating the gift of life!
Here’s the key: wherever you are, become quiet.
Let a ceremony move through you – allow for a recognition of the sacred that surrounds us, for the sacred that is us. Let yourself feel this deeply harmonious gift filling you with its vibrant luminosity – and listen! Then, enjoy the new day, the new world.
Bottom line: being in the world, wild and free-spirited, with love in our hearts is a much more effective strategy for bringing healing and sanity to our world than being disempowered by despair and depression over the terrible state of affairs.
The opportunity to shape a new world is ours – the time is now – and we have only to receive this gift to become love in action.
